“We feel more than fortunate to have been able to engage Katie and her team in the internal re-design of our North London townhouse. Fortified by an enthusiastic recommendation from our trusted financial adviser, we took the plunge, and from first to last, Katie was sympathetic to our needs. She took the time necessary to get to know us and to help us formulate what we were trying to achieve, making suggestions, gauging our reactions, and developing the emerging scheme into a coherent whole. We very soon learned to trust her judgment, as, stage by stage, she developed the design brief, recommended contractors, and then began to make the project come alive for us.

Her tireless good humour and can-do attitude sustained us as she helped us grapple with the multitude of decisions we were facing. She immediately sensed if we were less than completely happy with a proposal or a decision, and if the issue required an alternative approach or some gentle advocacy, Katie was always happy to provide it. The project proceeded smoothly despite the inevitable twists and turns, with the totally unflappable Katie fully on top of the paperwork and always responsive and available, whether on site or online, to find solutions before minor problems became major issues. As the client, you are involved as much (or as little) as you want to be, and from start to finish we felt very confident of Katie’s judgment and advice.
