Refined and luxurious, this apartment in a new development was altered to suit the requirements of a family who were living overseas during the pandemic. As all meetings were held remotely, it was essential to build a trusting and respectful relationship, which is beautifully reflected through the attention to detail.
The design focuses on maximising space and storage by using high-end finishes, sophisticated colours and luxury materials throughout.

“Even during hard times there are solutions. I bought my home just before the pandemic and my family and I started thinking about how to design and change the style to suit our needs as we live abroad and could not travel. It was then we had a call with Katie to explain our requirements as to how to do this project from far away. We met Katie and her professional team through modern technologies to discuss and started the project right away because we saw how Katie and her team love to do things the right way. Our first in-person meeting with Katie was in our new home… it was better than expected.”
